Availability
Before your customer promises a machine, they see whether it is really free. One screen shows what is free, reserved, out with a customer or in the workshop, across the dates on screen. A reservation blocks the machine. Only machines in the rental fleet that are released for rental can be booked.

- Book a type – “a mini excavator” – and pick the actual machine at handover.
Handover and return
At pickup and return, the yard team works through a checklist on the phone: meter reading, fuel, missing parts, damage, photos. The customer signs on screen. Time and GPS position are recorded with it.

- Meter readings feed billing by operating hours or kilometres.
Invoicing
The invoice follows the real rental. Hourly to yearly rates, weekend and fixed prices, tiered prices by duration. Billing by working days, with public holidays deducted automatically by country and federal state. Rental, transport and consumables go on one invoice, straight into Odoo Accounting.
