We show the partner setup - availability, returns, invoicing - and how you implement it for your customers. There is no booking calendar on this page. You send a short request with two times that suit you, a person reads it, and we confirm the slot by email.

No calendar widget, no automatic booking. A person reads your request and replies with a confirmed time.
Give us two times that work for you. We answer by email, normally within one working day, and send the video link with the confirmation. All times are Europe/Berlin - if you are somewhere else, please say so in the message.
- 30 minutes, plus a short buffer, so we do not run into the next call.
- No slots from 24 to 26 September: we are at Odoo Experience in Brussels, stand A8.
- First bookable slot: 29 September 2026.

What we ask when you request a slot
Four short answers and one checkbox. Everything else is optional.
We ask this so that the 30 minutes are useful. Every visitor finds a true answer in the list, including rental companies. Nobody has to pick a wrong answer to get a slot.

- Optional: your Odoo partner profile or your company website. It helps us prepare.
- Two times that suit you, written in your own words. No time-slot grid.
- Please use your work email. It helps us prepare. We do not block any address.

This call is about how Odoo partners implement the software for their customers. If you rent out equipment yourself, tell us your country and what kind of equipment you rent out. We will tell you honestly whether we can already point you to an Odoo partner near you. If we cannot, we will say so.

dodorent was built inside Niklaus Baugeräte GmbH in Gomaringen, Germany - a company that has been renting out construction equipment since 1968. That company has run its complete operation on this software since January 2025. The screens in the demo come from that system, not from a demo database.

What happens after you send the request
Three steps, no surprises.
Step 1
Within one working day: we reply by email with a confirmed time and the video link. The email repeats what we will show: the partner setup - availability, returns, invoicing - and how you implement it for your customers.
Step 2
Before the call: we look at your company website and at the answers you gave. If you named a customer, we prepare that case.
Step 3
In the call: we share the screen and go through the three parts. Have one customer of yours in mind who rents equipment out, and we will use that case. You can ask about the modules, the licence model and how we ship.
Need a different time? Just reply to our confirmation email and we move it. From 24 to 26 September we are at the fair and answer again from 29 September.
