What is billed on top
In the partner plan, one item comes on top of the dodorent price: our managed hosting, run by us on servers inside the EU. The Odoo licence is not on our invoice. It stays your Odoo business. In the dodorent online plans, hosting is included, and in the Enterprise plan also the Odoo licence for one user.

How the price is counted
You state the number of users.
One subscription covers one production database. Inside that database we count users, not rental orders.
A user is a person with a login in the production database. Every login counts once.
The number is fixed for the contract year. We ask for it again once a year, before the renewal. If it has changed, the next contract year is priced on the new number.
What is not included
Five things are not part of the subscription.
- Managed hosting and the Odoo licence. Hosting is billed on top, at the rates above. The Odoo licence, where your customer needs one, you sell as you always do.
- Implementation, data migration and training. The partner does this work and keeps the revenue.
- First-level support for the rental company. The partner does this. We are second level: your customer calls you, you call us.
- Hardware. Scanners, label printers and mobile devices are not part of the subscription.
- Changes built for one single customer. These are not part of the subscription.
What changes the price
Two things can make a quote differ from the list prices above.
More than one company
Several legal companies inside one database, or several production databases, are priced on request.
Hosting size
Managed hosting comes in three sizes. Which one your customer needs depends on the database, and we size it with you before the offer.
For Odoo partners
These are the prices your customer pays. dodorent opens a new segment for you: rental companies of every kind, from equipment yards to event, vehicle and bike rental. The model, the channel rule and how we ship are on the partner page.
Questions partners ask about the price
What happens if my customer adds users during the year?
The price stays fixed for the contract year. We ask for the number again at renewal and price the next year on it.
Can the price of a running subscription go up?
The price is fixed for the contract year. The step from the first-year price to the second-year price is in the price list and is not a change. Any other change takes effect at renewal and is announced at least three months before the renewal date.
Can we pay monthly?
Yes, on request. Monthly payment costs more than one yearly payment. Ask us for the current surcharge.
Who invoices what?
We invoice the subscription at the price on this page. You invoice your own work: implementation, data migration, training and first-level support.
Is there a free plan or a free version?
No. You see the software in the demo.
Do you also sell directly to rental companies?
Later, with dodorent online, for rental companies that want to start without an implementation project. Rental companies that need a project go to an Odoo partner. The channel rule is written down on the partner page.

Prices are per user and per month unless a line states otherwise, and are billed once a year in advance. In the partner plan our managed hosting is billed separately and is not part of the dodorent price; the Odoo licence stays with the partner. In the dodorent online plans hosting is included, and in the Enterprise plan the Odoo licence for one user as well.
