That is why this page names the provider as "dodorent", with no company-form suffix, and names all three partners with a postal address for service.

Background
How dodorent relates to Niklaus Baugeräte GmbH
dodorent came out of Niklaus Baugeräte GmbH, a company in Germany that has been renting out construction equipment since 1968. The software shown on this website was built inside that company and has been running its daily rental operation since January 2025. dodorent is a separate business with its own management. Contracts about dodorent are concluded with dodorent; Niklaus Baugeräte GmbH is not a party to them.
